Adult Posts
You must mark an adult Post by using the phrase "This is an Adult Post and is unsuitable for minors" at the top of the details of your Posts. You are not permitted to promote prostitution or illegal adult products and services.

Affiliates & Resellers
You are not permitted to promote affiliate or reseller sites or their products and services as an affiliate or reseller using an affiliate id. This is exception also applies when promoted links are redirected and/or when you promote affiliate or reseller sites or their products and services which do not have only your promotional name on the site.

Animals & Species
You are not permitted to promote protected animals, species or their body parts. You are not permitted to promote guides, products or services that help in the acquisition of protected animals, species or their body parts.

Anti-individual & Anti-group
You are not permitted to promote products, services or views which promote or may be interpreted as or actually be intended to be anti-individual or anti-group. An individual or group is identified as follows; ability, age, belief, cast, colour, disability, ethnicity, gender, origin, nationality, race, religion, sex, sexual preference, species, veteran.

Child pornography
You are not permitted to promote pornographic materials involving children or minors. You are not permitted to promote guides, products or services that help in accessing or creating pornographic materials involving children or minors.

Copyright
You are not permitted to promote unauthorised, unlicensed or illegal copies of products. You are not permitted to promote guides, products or services which help to overcome copyright protection.

Counterfeit
You are not permitted to promote products or services that are replicas or imitations and which have not been authorised or are illegal to promote or produce. You are not permitted to promote products or services which help in the design or production of counterfeit items.

Descramblers
You are not permitted to promote products or services that help to descramble signals in order to get unauthorised access to products, services or information.

Diallers
You are not permitted to promote items which can re-direct services and functions without the knowledge and authority of the user of products and functions.

Drugs
You are not permitted to promote unauthorised or illegal drugs and related products and services. You are not permitted to promote products and services that help manipulate drug tests.

Duplication
You are not permitted to duplicate individual Posts. You are not permitted to promote Posts with small modifications to make them appear like different Posts which actually promote the same item.

Gaming & gambling
You are not permitted to promote items (namely: online gaming, gambling sites or related products and services) with the primary purpose of encouraging people to use the items. This policy applies whether you are the owner or an affiliate of such items.

Hacking
You are not permitted to promote guides, products or services which help in providing unauthorised or illegal access or enabling of protected products and services.

Hazards
You are not permitted to promote products or services which may be toxic, explosive, radioactive or harmful to life and to a planet.

Human body
You are not permitted to promote human body parts or the remains of humans.

Identities & documents
You are not permitted to promote fake identities, passports, certifications or titles. You are not permitted to promote guides, products or services that help in the creation of such items without using and informing authorised and legal channels.

Keywords
You are not permitted to Post excessive, repetitive, or irrelevant keywords to improve the relevance of your Post.

Language
You should Post in English as The InterPost is currently designed to function with English characters. You may try to use other languages but we cannot guarantee that their characters will appear correctly.

Law & Morals
You are not permitted to promote anything that is unauthorised or illegal and does not adhere to the laws in the following regions:

• Your country of residence.
• The country where you Post from.
• The target country or countries of the audience of your Post.

You may not disclaim knowledge of the law of the above regions. If you are unsure of the item that you want to Post then seek legal advice before Posting the item.

Miracles
You are not permitted to promote unsubstantiated cures, remedies or such products and services as instant solutions.

Multi-level marketing
You are not permitted to promote multi-level marketing (MLM) or related products and services which attract and recruit people and offer these people rewards for recruiting others for the same purpose (e.g. pyramid schemes).

Personal information
You are not permitted to Post content that includes contact or personal information about another individual or organisation without their prior permission.

Pornography
You are not permitted to promote pornographic images, products or services which are, or may be deemed as, unauthorised or illegal

Pyrotechnic
You are not permitted to promote anything to do with flammable or explosive guides, products or services which may be harmful to humans, animals and a planet.

Representation
You are not permitted to promote as or on behalf of or as an employee of The InterPost, Set Forever, any other individual or organisation without their prior permission.

Spam
You are not permitted to spam. You are not permitted to promote guides, products or services which can be used to spam.

URLs:
You are not permitted to promote URLs which link to websites or documents which require a registration or login at the URL.

Violence
You are not permitted to promote anything to do with violence.

Weapons
You are not permitted to promote unauthorised or illegal weapons or related products and services. You are not permitted to promote guides, products or services that help in the manufacture of unauthorised or illegal weapons.

If you do not comply with the above Posting guidelines then one or more of the following actions will be taken and a copy of your Post, IP Address, email address and any other identifiable information that we may have about you may be recorded and distributed as evidence.

• Personal Notification: You will be notified by email that your Post is inappropriate and one of the following actions may taken.
• Post Deletion: Your Post will be deleted and a copy may be kept for reference.
• Report to Authorities: Formal evidence will be provided to appropriate individuals, organisations, and legal bodies for appropriate action.
• Ban from using our services: Action will be taken to ban you from using one, some or all features and functions.
